What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your Red 1 USA holster doesn’t meet your needs or exceed your expectations send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. Please see our return policy for details.
What is your warranty?
Every Red 1 USA product is guaranteed for life! Doesn’t matter if you’re the original owner or the third owner, we have you covered. If you have an issue, please contact us and we’ll get you squared away ASAP.
What are your current lead times?
We maintain an inventory of our products and ship most items the same day or next business day.
Is the item in stock?
If you can add an item to your cart, it’s in stock. We don’t accept backorders.
Can I make a custom order?
Custom orders for colors, pistol models or weapon lights are available for orders of 50+ units. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Can I get a different color?
Black is our standard color. We’re happy to offer additional colors for production runs of 50+ units. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking info included. Our centralized location in Minnesota typically allows packages to arrive within 3 business days.
Tracking info for your order is automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped.
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm CST will typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm CST Monday – Friday, Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, and Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.
In the event of a lost shipment Red 1 USA will assist the customer and carrier in locating and/or replacing the package. Please note: we do not replace packages that are marked as delivered on the tracking status.
At this time we do not offer International shipping.
